Mouth, Gum, Throat and Nose Diseases

Elder

(lat. Sambucus nigra). Tea made of elder bossom (20. grams to one liter of boiled water) is useful to rinse throat and to inhale the steam, especially if one catch a cold.

Nose Diseases

       If one has stuffy nose, You have to do anything so the air could flow freely through the hawse. Flu, for example, is the consequence of emergency leak from the nose, while constant leakage is caused by the chronic mucosa disease (polyp).

       Treatment consists in the fact that one should pour in the nose:

Marsh mallow

Marsh mallow tea decompose mucus and works against cold.

Dose:

3. grams of Marsh mallow root to 100. grams of boiled water.

You can add boric acid (3. grams to 100. grams of tea) and sniff this solution. After this, the patient should pour 1 - 3 drops of slightly heated kitchen oil (10. grams). Do this 2 - 3 times a day.

Nettle

(lat. Urtica dioica). The juice of fresh nettle is good against nosebleeding. You can pour it directly in the nose or You can drink 100 to 125 grams per day. Chemical analysis of nettle has found ingredients such as nitrate, tannin, formic acid that disinfectant and stops bleeding. It's even more convenient to use syrup that is prepared like this:
- Nettle leaves.... 250. grams
- Boiled water.... 1500. grams

Leave it for 12. hours, then strain it, and then add sugar as much as it is necessary to make a syrup and use 200-300. grams per day.
