Elecampane, Horse-heal

(lat. Inula helenium). Specially used after the flu. Use 10 - 15 grams of cutted root to 200. grams of boiled water. Leave it for 30. minutes and drink it cold few times a day.

Cowslip

(lat. Primula veris). The boiled root (4 - 6 grams to 200. grams of boiled water) is used. Take 3. cups a day. It consists of 8% of saponins. This herb can help with the mucus reduction and can make the blood circulation in the lungs better.

Camomile

(lat. Matricaria chamomilla). Headache and pain in the small of the back caused by cold and flu can be reduced by strong tea made of camomile flowers. The good side of this herb is that it doesn't keep the poisons in the organism after its use, like some chemical means do (aspirin).

You shouldn't prepare weak "yellow water" but strong potion (tea). That's why you should take two kitchen spoons of flowers for one cup of boiled water. Leave it for one hour, strain it and drink it between meals.

Chronic bronchitis

       If the bronchi (medium-size airways in the lungs) inflammation with cough (wet od dry) lasts longer than three weeks, it could get worse, and might last for months. If it is not cured during this period of time, then it remains, if not everywhere than at least in one part of the lungs, for years.

       Very often, the sick person even doesn't know that bronchitis is cured properly, because he breads normaly and doesn't cough. But if that person catch a cold or walks in the wind, he would start to cough, to feel presure in the chest and to breath harder. Then the things are getting serious. That's why every bronchitis must be cured on time and given a lot of attention.
