In the saucepan with boiled water put 10 - 15 drops and then inhale the steam three times a day, 10 - 15 minutes. It's the best this to be done in the evening.

You should also use these herbs:

Hedge mustard

(lat. Sisymbrium officinale). Singer's Plant. Very useful herb for people who speaks a lot, or sing so their throat gets dry. They can feel pain or even get vocal cords (folds) inflammation. It helps in those cases where the mucus is constantly located in the gullet.

It is found all over Europe - on roadsides, wasteland and it can even be 30. inches long. You should use it as a fresh plant only. That's why it is picked on july or august. Use 6. grams of the plant to one cup of boiled water.

Lavender

(lat. Lavandula vera). The medicine part of this herb is the blossom. It is used to prepare tea in dose 5:100 (10. grams to one cup). Take 4. cups a day. The blossoms must be picked just after they are fully developed and should be dried carefully. It's sucesully used for inhalation (steam) as well.

The medicine scientist have discovered that means which destroys mucus structure and help to reduce it, are more useful than means that destroys bacillus (antiseptic means). That's why herbs are more useful than drugs bought in a drug store.

Acute bronchitis

This disease form usually comes after the throat inflammation. At a more advanced period of the catarrh, the inflammation from the upper parts could affect bronchus and cause coughing, pain in the chest and hard breathing. If the body temperature rises up and it takes a long period of time - the organism might come in danger. Therefore follow this rule: pay attention to a common cold and take every precaution so the disease doesn't take a long period of time, not longer than 2 - 3 weeks. In the other words, make sure that acute, short-lived bronchitis doesn't become chronic, longlasting which is much harder to cure and can even iniciate further complications.
